Life coaching is a conversation and it starts with a discovery/sample call. This is where you get to tell me what projects you wish to work on.
Projects can be from any area of your life: e.g. getting ready for retirement; writing a book; starting a business etc.
1:1 coaching is a weekly conversation directed by you, the client.
I use a reflective inquiry method to help you become aware of what gets in the way of your goals.
