Group coaching is a cost effective and focused way to get support. While in 1:1 coaching the focus is wholly on the client and her/his topic for the conversation, group coaching (at least the way I run it) focuses on a specific topic.
I have a group program on non-financial retirement planning that lasts 6 weeks. It is designed for a group of six individuals. We meet once per week for 90 minutes over zoom. I also schedule a 60 minute individual conversation with each participant just to touch base and address any issues that may be too personal to share in a group. As with any 1:1 coaching conversation, these individual conversations are strictly confidential.
